The reason is because you then have access to a LIST of prospects who you can send offers. Offers produce sales! That's money in your pocket. Not all advertising is equal. To help you out we have compiled a list of recommended Safelist and Exchanges for free or low cost advertising as well as some recommended paid sources for solo ads, login ads, and swaps. We also have an advertising co-op popular with our Members called FastTrack where we buy the advertising and send the leads to those Members in the co-op. It's called FastTrack and details are in your Member area under ADVERTISING/TRAFFIC section.
We do not want you to get ripped off by buying fake leads, or buying mass lists, so please use the recommended sites noted above they are located in the ADVERTISING/TRAFFIC section. To also help you, we have provided an AD TRACKER tool and included it in your Membership. George talks about the Ad Tracker in the training. Post your ads then check your Ad Tracker to see what kind of results you are getting. George advises for those just getting started to set a goal for at least 200 clicks per day on your links. That's a MINIMUM so if you have been at this a while set your goal for daily clicks higher than that. If you are not using the Ad Tracker to evaluate your promotion you are advertising in the dark.
Speaking of goals, let's focus on your Associates.
We've talked about why Associate are so important. We've talked about list building. Let's talk now about setting goals for how many Associates you have. Remember, the Associates you refer go on your ASSOCIATES list and in your Prospect Manager for easy follow up.
When you first start, set a goal of signing up ONE Associate a day. When you sign up an Associate and they login, you will KNOW as our system sends you an email. Now if that person does not upgrade to Silver Membership don't despair. It's a tough business, but YOU are determined, and YOU are going to keep promoting, keep signing up Associate members from those landing pages. Be assured that as long as YOU are promoting to get Associates signed up, we are waiting in the LIVE Business Center to make your referrals an offer. We want to earn their business just as we did yours. Don't
you feel better just knowing that all you have to do is promote? You don't have to close the sales, or make a sales pitch, or know everything about Worldprofit or marketing. One of the easiest and fastest way to make money online in through affiliate marketing. This is when you send visitors to someone else's product sales page, they make the sale and deliver the product, and you get a percentage of the sale price as you commission (usually 50% or more for digital products).
The benefits of this are
You can get started almost immediately because you don't have to create a product, write the sales page, design the website, develop marketing materials, or set up the ordering, billing & delivery system.
You have almost no investment of time because you don't have to do the customer support or deal with billing or technical issues.
You have nearly zero risk because you already know the product sells. So if you send visitors you will get paid.
Looking at these benefits, it's clear that affiliate marketing is the way to go!
The downside is...
After all your hard work of generating traffic to the sales page, you will never see any of those visitors again. Most of them will not buy on their first visit, which means you're losing over 90% of the traffic right off the top. And of the 10% or less that do buy, the product owner will be able to sell to them again, but you will not.
What's the solution?
Simply put, you need to capture the name and email of your visitors *before* sending them to the product sales page. This way you can follow up with them and keep sending them back to the sales page to increase your chances of making the sale. And if you're really on top of your game, you'll then send to a pre-sales page in between.
Here's what these affiliate marketing strategies will do for you:
You'll be building your own list of potential customers that you can market to again and again.
You'll be pre-selling them by providing valuable information and then casually linking to the product sales page in the context of this information.
The video squeeze page is where you'll direct your traffic instead of directly to the product sales page. It captures the name and email of your visitors and puts them into your autoresponder, which then begins sending out the 5-part email series. Then it redirects them to your pre-selling pages after they subscribe to your email series.
All of this together increases your chances of making the sale by up to 500% so it's well worth the effort of setting it up. And once it's set up, it runs automatically - you just keep sending visitors to the squeeze page.
If you don't have the time or expertise to set it all up yourself, you can use something like Affiliate Silver Bullet. Services like this design the enter system (the video, the video squeeze page, the email series, the content pages, etc). The benefit is that it's much less expensive then you could do it yourself, and it's instantly set up. The downside is that other people will be using the same affiliate tools as you. But the internet is pretty big, so this isn't much of a concern.
The other route you can take is to hire people on Elance to create and implement the various aspects for you. Either way, it's an important step that you need to take if you're going to be serious about your business.

How to promote.
Use the Landing pages (AD EXAMPLES) included in your Worldprofit Member area. On LEFT menu slect ADVERTISING / TRAFFIC the click on AD EXAMPLES. Watch the brief video by George Kosch so you understand and don`t make mistakes and waste time. You can even add a picture of yourself to the landing pages if you like.
Also in your Worldprofit Member area in the same section, look in the mini-menu and click on LIST BUILDER PAGES. These are special landing pages that also help you build your email makreting list by giving away free stuff. You can use these landing pages to help build EXTERNAL LISTS such as those at Aweber, Get Reponse or Mail Chimp. George Kosch has recorded a video to help you understand so you don`t make mistakes. What to promote.

Web Traffic eXtreme is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS--signups and sales. So I decided to put it to the test...
My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.
The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "Web Traffic eXtreme" links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Web Traffic eXtreme Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!
After you've created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Web Traffic eXtreme link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Web Traffic eXtreme link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Web Traffic eXtreme. So if anyone clicks the Web Traffic eXtreme image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It's a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.
Now every time the ad window displays (your Web Traffic eXtreme links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members' links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.
And this works virally--meaning as you make referrals into Web Traffic eXtreme (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Web Traffic eXtreme image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Web Traffic eXtreme also.
I didn't get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated--my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Web Traffic eXtreme even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.
There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all--downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Web Traffic eXtreme really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it's valuable as a user, but no so often that it's a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again. Now THAT's cool.
Overall, I have to say I am impressed with Web Traffic eXtreme. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.
